Application Fee

The application form must be accompanied by an application processing fee of $60. Send a check or money order (U.S. dollars only) payable to the University of Washington. Do not send cash. The application fee is nonrefundable and must be submitted each time you apply. It cannot be transferred to another quarter.

If you wish to apply to both the UW Evening Degree Program and another major within the daytime program, please consult the Office of Admissions first.

Fee Waiver

If you cannot afford the application fee, request a fee waiver by writing a short note of explanation to the Office of Admissions.
