International students applying for the Evening Degree program must complete the application online. All requested information should be filled out completely. The online application form must be submitted with an application fee of $75, payable online using a credit card, debit card, or electronic check. Online applications can not be submitted unless the application fee has been paid. The application fee is nonrefundable.
